We employ the same movement screening process and customized program development with our older members to identify and correct mobility, motor pattern or stability issues within their body.
Our adult athletes enjoy this opportunity to be evaluated with our testing process, identifying key areas of their body that we need to focus specific work on. At Athlete’s Zone, we don’t do random fitness! Everything has a purpose.
Customized programs are delivered right to our adult athlete’s phone through our training app and they work from a customized development program without the hassle or cost normally associated with personal training appointments.
